DEPRO PROFILES nv, (www.depro-profiles.com) is an expansive, family-owned SME based in Komen (exit A19 Menen-Ieper). We specialise in the design, production and finishing of various profiles and panels for various applications in the construction sector, interior design, furniture industry, DIY centres. The company's success relies on permanent quality control, customer-oriented flexibility and the daily commitment of our employees. Your tasks

Thanks to your personal approach, you will quickly become the first point of contact for our Key Accounts at home and abroad. You are responsible for the order process and the administrative follow-up of customer files. You monitor and translate the agreements made with the customer to the organisation (order quantity, delivery deadlines, conditions, etc.). In cooperation with other departments, you guarantee the customer the best possible service. In close consultation with the production planners and logistics, you manage the order book and transport planning on a daily basis. You use your optimal knowledge of an ERP programme on a daily basis to guarantee the most efficient workflow.

Your qualities
- You have at least a bachelor's degree in a business economics field or equivalent through experience.
- Good command of Dutch, French and English. German is an asset.
- Commercial and communicative skills.
- Knowledge of an ERP programme is an asset.
- Good insight into figures.
