Thanks to your personal approach and flair, you’ll quickly become the main contact for our Maestro clients, both domestically and internationally. As a Customer Service Representative – Order Processing, you will handle orders by phone, email, or EDI and enter them into our system. You’ll follow up on the order book in coordination with production, warehouse, and transport, and communicate with customers about deliveries. Clients will rely on you for information about our products and services. You’ll work with efficient systems (ERP, reporting) to ensure optimal workflows.
Your qualities
- A bachelor’s degree in business economics or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Dutch, French, and English; German is an asset
- Strong commercial and communication skills
- Solid experience with ERP systems
- Strong numerical insight
- At least 3 years of relevant experience
